Hello everyone! Today we discussed background on American neutrality during World War I. At the end of class, we began to work on our DBQ assignment in which we analyze primary sources, answer questions for better comprehension, and then write a paper on whether the United States was justified in declaring war against Germany in April 1917.
For homework, you are to finish reading the documents and answering the questions. I will check in the beginning of next class. Furthermore, the paper will be due on December 6. I will review with the class on Wednesday the details of the DBQ. Please email me with any questions that you have. Have a great day!
